Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the myOGF platform (website and mobile application) operated by Alphastrive Company Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use myOGF.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use myOGF:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Nigerian resident or registered business in Nigeria
• Have a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN)
• Provide accurate and truthful identity information
• Not be previously banned from myOGF

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@myogf.com of any unauthorized account access. Alphastrive Company Limited is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

4. Listings and Transactions

4.1 Sellers

• Must list only goods they own or have legal authority to sell
• Must provide accurate descriptions, weights, and prices
• Must deliver goods within the agreed timeframe
• Are prohibited from listing counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods

4.2 Buyers

• Must confirm delivery within 48 hours of receiving goods
• Must not make false delivery claims to release or withhold escrow funds
• Are responsible for arranging pickup or verifying delivery terms before purchase

4.3 Escrow

All transactions on myOGF are processed through our escrow system powered by Paystack. Funds are held by Paystack and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery deadline.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating fake listings or misrepresenting produce quality
• Engaging in advance-fee fraud or any form of scam
• Attempting to circumvent the escrow system
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities

Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

6. Fees

myOGF charges a transaction fee on completed sales. The current fee schedule is displayed on the platform and may be updated with 14 days' notice. Listing produce on myOGF is free. No hidden charges apply.

7. AgroBot Disclaimer

AgroBot NG provides general agricultural advice for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional agronomist consultation. Alphastrive Company Limited is not liable for any farming losses resulting from acting on AgroBot advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alphastrive Company Limited is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers that arise from misrepresentation. Our liability is limited to the escrow amount held for a specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
